At the end of rental period, SOTIRAKIS Rent a Car allows a further period of 29 minutes free of charge after the time of pick up. After the 29 minutes grace period has expired, the renter will be charged in addition with the amount of 1\/6 of the daily, every single hour.<\/li>\n<li>Covered Distance Calculation: Calculation of kilometers driven starts and ends at our office.<\/li>\n<li>Baby Seats: Available on request with a daily charge of 3.18\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Traffic Fines: Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during rental period are borne solely by the renter.<\/li>\n<li>Gasoline: The renter shall pay the cost of the full. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank and must be refilled prior to car return (only with unleaded gasoline), otherwise a charge of 1.65\u20ac per litre of gasoline.<\/li>\n<li>Taxes: All rates are subjected to V.A.T. 16%<\/li>\n<li>Collection \u2013 Delivery: -Every collection or delivery which takes place 15 km away from Chios town, shall be charged 21.55\u20ac. -The charge for every delivery or collection outside working hours (22:00-07:00) shall be 22.26\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle Replacement: SOTIRAKIS Rent a Car retains the rights of replacing the vehicle\u2019s type, under certain circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Ferrying The Car: It is forbidden without a written authorization from the SOTIRAKIS Rent a Car.<\/li>\n<li>Across The Border Rentals: Only with the prior written agreement of SOTIRAKIS Rent a Car .The cost for issuing the Green card and International Road Assistance will be by the renter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>INSURANCE COVERAGE<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Insurance:<\/strong> All authorized drivers of SOTIRAKIS Rent a Car are covered against fire and liability to third-parties, for death, injury (up to 500.000\u20ac ) or damage to property (up to 500.000\u20ac ).If the vehicle is damaged or stolen by renter\u2019s culpability or negligence, the renter will be presided for, up to the total car\u2019s commercial value at the time of accident or theft.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.).The renter can limit his responsibility for his legal share in any damage of the vehicle: a) to 500.00\u20ac by paying the amount of 06.04\u20ac per day for all groups.<\/li>\n<li>Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.).The renter may waive the above deductible amount reliability of 500.00\u20ac by paying in addition the daily amount of 06.36\u20ac for all groups. -W.U.G.: 6.36\u20ac Covers damage to car glasses for all vehicle categories.<\/li>\n<li>Personal Accident Insurance (P.A.I.): For a charge of 3.18\u20ac per day, Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained covering the drive and each passenger for medical expenses 1,500\u20ac and for life or total \/ partial permanent disablement: 15,000\u20ac and 300\u20ac respectively.
